Kennan is both a qualified solicitor and a chartered accountant specialising in tax having qualified at Wilde Sapte and Thompson Mclintock (now part of KPMG) respectively. He was at BLG for nearly 23 years during which he was managing partner for 17.
He has extensive experience of undertaking due diligence in respect of individual partner hires and team moves and is also able to offer advice in a number other areas such as mergers, competitor analysis, and financial management strategy. Kennan is of course also happy to offer advice to individual partners considering a move.
