Joanne graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1992 with a degree in Psychology BSC (Hons) and went on to gain a Post Graduate qualification in Marketing.
She spent several years working for various London marketing consultancies, and in 2004 she joined Deacon Search.
Joanne is Head of Talent Sourcing and, as such, finds Partner talent within the London legal market.
