Gideon graduated from City University with a 2:1 BSc (hons) in Economics and Accountancy before joining the graduate scheme at Michael Page Legal in September 2006.
He has recruited lawyers at a variety of levels from newly qualified to partner into West End, City and US law firms in London. Gideon also played a key role in the success of the newly qualified team in 2007 and 2008.
Gideon was promoted to managing consultant at the end of 2008 and joined Deacon Associates in September 2009 where he focuses on both search and contingency for a wide range of law firms.
