The thrust of our business is acting on a retained basis in relation to specific assignments.

Our Approach:

  • Search offers the effective management of the whole recruitment process and most importantly grants our client our exclusivity over the candidates we approach on their behalf.
  • We take time to understand our clients' businesses thoroughly, including culture and ethos, historic development and business direction.
  • We accept instructions only if we are confident of completing the assignment and are dedicated to doing so on time, to specification and within budget.
  • We have a professional, process driven approach rather than one that is reliant on the "old school network". However, this does not prevent us from thinking creatively and often as a result, we are able to approach quality candidates at firms that other search consultancies have not even considered.
  • We are highly selective in accepting assignments so that we have a limited "off-list" which allows our clients access to a greater pool of quality candidates.
