Although we believe that search is the most focused and proactive recruitment solution, in certain circumstances advertising for partners or partner designates can be effective when used in conjunction with search or in isolation (perhaps where the potential search universe is too broad).

In this way, advertising is able not only to raise the profile of a particular practice area and a firm as a whole but may also awaken a measure of interest in a prospective candidate making them more receptive to a headhunt approach.

For our advertising, we use an award-winning design agency to produce advertisements, either in our distinctive house style or in a more individually creative style.

We do not make a profit on any advertising and pass on to our client the benefit of discounted rates that we receive from the legal journals.
