It has a team of extremely experienced and successful consultants all of whom are ex lawyers with many years' legal recruitment experience. As well as this successful partner business, Deacon Associates was established 4 years ago working with assistant lawyers from NQ to senior associate. Both the partner and associate businesses provide me with an excellent pool of candidates to search from for specific roles.
